Who we are
This site is run by Vibe Crafted Software (Pty) Ltd, South Africa. Questions about your information go to info@vibecraftedsoftware.com.
What we collect, and why
- The demo and contact form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to fill in (phone, company, number of employees, message). We use it only to reply to you about the HR Suite.
- Product news: your email address, only if you subscribe or tick the box on the form. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Call Sales: a call from your browser connects to our sales line; we keep a record of the call and any message you leave, to get back to you.
- Your theme choice: light or dark, stored in your own browser only.
The site has no advertising trackers and no analytics.
Who else handles it
The form, the mailing list and the call line run on our own hosting and email services. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Your rights under POPIA
