These terms apply to your use of hr.vibecraftedsoftware.com (the "Website"). By using the Website you agree to them. Using the HR Suite apps themselves (Payroll, Time & Attendance and HR) is covered by our separate Software Terms.

2. Using the Website

You may browse the Website and use its contact form to ask about the HR Suite. You may not misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that affects its operation, and no submitting unlawful, false or harmful content through the contact form.

3. Information on the Website

The Website describes a product that is still in development. Features, timelines and availability described here may change before or after release, and nothing on the Website is an offer to supply software on particular terms. Any supply is governed by a written agreement and our Software Terms.

4. Your personal information

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message. We use them only to reply to you about the HR Suite, and we process them in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. If you tick the box to receive product news, or subscribe in the footer, we also keep your email address on our mailing list and send you occasional news about the HR Suite; every email has an unsubscribe link, and we record when and where you subscribed. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@vibecraftedsoftware.com.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos and the underlying design and code, is owned by or licensed to Vibe Crafted Software (Pty) Ltd and is protected by South African copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of it for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

Product and brand names of third parties (such as ZKTeco, Hikvision and QuickEasy) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

6. Limitation of liability

Please read this clause carefully: it limits our liability to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Crafted Software (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Website, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vibe Crafted Software (Pty) Ltd against any claim, loss or damage arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this Website.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

9. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Vibe Crafted Software (Pty) Ltd about your use of this Website. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
